Imagine that you are in a room. You sit for 1000 years watching the ecosystem of your surroundings. Ceilings crumble, chairs fade to dust and the ground reclaims the walls. Continue to imagine and you find that, in the absence of walls, you are now outside. The fluid sky above transports shape-shifting clouds. Stare up at the clouds and watch their ongoing movement. If you blink your eyes, you will create their static image. This static image is unable to contain the meaning of your experience: it will be the description of a meaning that lies within you. Through this installation we intend to explore the rhythm between meaning and description.
